The word "you" refers to you, the user of Christianseekers.com.
The word "us" or "we" refers to the owners of Christianseekers.com.
1. Users must be 18 years or older to become a member and to use the site.
2. Christianseekers.com is a Christian personals website that offers the opportunity for singles to post a personal classified ad or full profile, search the classified ad or profile database and exchange private, secure messages with one another.
3. This site is intended for unmarried, separated, divorced or widowed Christians who are looking for a new relationship.
This site is not for individuals who are unhappy with their marriage.
4. We offer two levels of membership: Classified Ad or Full Profile.
5. All text you enter into a classified ad or full profile will be screened using content guidelines.
Unacceptable classified ads or full profiles will be rejected and you will be notified by email of that rejection.
6. You may not use this site for solicitation of any kind, including business opportunities, personal causes, other websites and fund raising for charitable organizations.
7. The messaging system is available for your protection.
Messages between members do not include your email address.
8. We are not responsible for delayed message notification or the content of individual private messages.
If you feel an individual is misusing the messaging system, please us the Contact Us page to notify us.
9. All Nicknames need to be appropriate for a Christian web site and should not draw attention to oneself.
10. We are not responsible for any negative outcome of any contacts made through our site.
Although we screen profiles and respond to incidents of abuse, we will not be held responsible for the actions of individuals.
Should there be more than one complaint about you, Christianseekers.com reserves the right to block or delete your classified ad, full profile and/or User ID.
11. Membership fees are non-refundable.
Remaining membership term after cancellation is also non-refundable.
12. We are not liable for failure of this site, or any computer problems you may experience accessing this site.
13. Once a member has connected with any other member(s) of this site, he/she (the member) take full responsiblity for their actions, including any other personal information disclosed outside of the given profile(s) and will not hold Christianseekers.com responsible for any negative outcome of a connection made with another member, or any inappropriate messaging exchanged outside of our site.
14. Christianseekers.com reserves the right to delete/remove any inappropriate profiles or messages sent via the messaging system via our screening or abuse monitoring system.
15. Christianseekers.com reserves the right to change any content, rules, or fees within the site or close the site for any reason.
16. You are responsible for all charges for computer equipment and network access fees to allow access to the Christianseekers.com website.
